A hearty meat, potato and green been stew is made in the slow cooker with tender chunks of slow-simmered beef stew meat, buttery potatoes, chopped tomatoes, and frozen green beans, all cooked together in a rich, savory broth. The vegetables soak up the deep, beefy flavor as they soften, creating a comforting, rustic dish that’s warm, filling, and perfect for a cozy meal.
