Ingredients

  • 4 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (two 12 ounce bags)

  • 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions

  • Combine chocolate chips and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for approximately three (3) minutes, stirring after each minute until smooth.
  • Line an 8 x 5 inch loaf pan with foil. (You can use an 8 x 8 pan but the fudge will not be as thick.) Lightly grease the foil with butter or nonstick spray. Pour the fudge into the pan and let is cool at least 2 hours or until set. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the edges of the foil as handles and cut into one inch squares.

Notes

  • Fudge can be wrapped and frozen for up to three months. Thaw unwrapped at room temperature before serving. It can be store in an airtight container on the counter for up to 7 days.
